Hello y'all, I trust you guys are having a great week, today I am starting up a write up series on GOOD WEIGHT MANAGEMENT through PROPER NUTRITION. Truth be to be told,what we eat is an integral part of what determines our physical outlook and our well-being. I once saw a caption in an advert "you are what you eat". Owing to this fact among other factors, the knowledge and application of proper nutrition is very important to anyone who wants stay healthy and keep fit. From the little experience and knowledge i have gotten through my curiosity in this particular topic, i will share some basic tips. Today I am going to give some five simple tips which i promise to elaborate more on by the weekend, don't mind me, I have been extremely busy with some academic work, here are the very simple five basic tips;

  1. Be addicted to water...... I am a water addict....lol
  2. Never ever skip your breakfasts
  3. Never eat too late in the night
  4. Reduce or eliminate if possible saturated and trans fat from your diet
  5. Be addicted to fruits and vegetables
